I have contracted with Byron to develop training for several of my companies’ sales organizations. … (The Reverse Role Play) The manager said she was going to rip into Byron. “Now is my chance to get back at him.” But the point is she could not. There was no way he could get hooked so we were very impressed by that. (The Training) Angela did the role play with them and they were amazed about what they learned about Dynamic Customer Service. The smiles coming out of that training room were just enormous… they actually had fun while actually learning the new process of doing calls.
